The 403(b) and 457(b) pre/post-tax contribution limits are $19,500 or $26,000 (age 50 or older) in 2020. Contributing to a 403(b) and 457(b) during the same tax year means you can defer a total of $39,000 or $52,000 (age 50 or older).
